Adrienne was a panelist for “Women Challenging Convention” co-hosted by Johns Hopkins University and The Assemblage NYC. The panelists were asked to discuss nontraditional career paths to addressing various gaps in health and wellness, maintaining wellbeing while challenging convention, and what gave rise to the wellness movement.
We co-hosted our first Chicago event with Brideside, a bridesmaid dress company. Adrienne spoke about the tools that helped her manage her stress during some of her both happy and tragic life event. Chill Chicago lead a wonderful meditation, Brideside raffled off an amazing gift box and served delicious nibbles and wine!
Adrienne moderated a panel on how indoor air pollution affects chronic disease. Panelists included Integrative MD Dr. Taz Bhatia; Sacha Dunn, founder of Common Good; Nneka Leiba, Director of Science at the Environmental Working Group; and Christopher Satch, head plant scientist at The Sill. The New York Junior League hosted their first ever Wellness Day and invited Adrienne to be on a panel with other female founders in the wellness space to discuss how they started their businesses, the wellness movement, what drove them to start their businesses and what they do to stay well.
Adrienne moderated our “Eating for Immunity” panel at Inday which included functional medicine internist Dr. Vincent Pedre, health coach and author Maria Marlowe, and INDAY founder Basu Ratnam about their best tips for eating for immunity.
